PASCHAL India offers user-friendly formwork solutions

In an exclusive interaction with Built Expressions, Mr. Eldo Varghese, General Director, PASCHAL Formwork India Pvt. Ltd., gives an overview of the latest products offered by the company.

PASCHAL one of the leading formwork company was founded in 1964 in Steinach in the Black forest / West Germany. It is an ISO 9001:2000 company currently serves construction companies in 60 Countries. “Overwhelming request from our prospective customers in India persuaded us to start our operations in India. Our technical support is located at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and Manufacturing unit at Visakhapatnam,” says Mr. Eldo Varghese, General Director, PASCHAL Forwork India Pvt. Ltd.

In April 2010, the company launched its first product, Modular Panel system, which gained very quick response from the market because of its user friendliness.

PASCHAL Modular formwork systems are of various panel sizes. The panels are strong and durable, being manufactured of 6 mm-thick high quality sturdy steel which do not corrode. Surface of these panels are covered by high quality Finnish birch plywood (density 780 kg/ cum) with a phenolic resin coating. The edges of the plywood are protected by steel frame and the gap between frame and surface is filled with a special joint filling agent. Hence, the panel’s plywood can be re-used up to 250 times and the steel frame shall remain for a longer period.

PASCHAL’s Modular system is a multipurpose system which can be used in reality sector as well as Infrastructure sector. PASCHAL has the new Steel panel slab system 'e-deck'

It is a new concept for slab. These  panel frame consists of profiled steel  with a height of only 7.5cm, and the facing consists of 9 layer, 12mm thick birch plywood. These panels are light in weight, weighting less than 20kg, hence leading to better workmanship and high productivity. The system doesn’t require a crane facility and can be handed manually.

RFID Technology: Since 2003, the formwork specialist, PASCHAL-Werk G. Maier GmbH has resorted a new territory of development and designed the system PASCHAL-I dent. PASCHAL uses this system consequently and successfully since 2008 with corresponding software for administration of its own rental park.
