Tender Specification:

1. High performance two component coating shall be applied for protecting the concrete OF Prilling Tower surfaces against chemical attacks such as hot sulphuric and hydrochloric acids. The system isolates concrete from deteriorating chemical environments.
2. The external concrete surfaces of the Prilling Tower, from Basket Room platform including lift staircase structure at elevation +107.610 to the top of the tower, shall be painted for Day Marking by chequered pattern with squares.
3. Area of acid proof coating BELZONA or equivalent as per specification shall be able to withstand immersion into 50% sulphuric acid and distilled water solution at 50°C , 14 days long test regime (test report is required)

Fosroc Constructive Solution:

1. Nitocote EP 410 -Two coats of solvent free two components H.B. epoxy paint to archive a minimum total thickness of 500 microns for internal wall followed by Nitoprime 25
2. Nitocote UR512 @ 100micron – AERONAUTICAL OBSTRUCTION MARKING at External surface followed by Nitoprime 25
3. Providing and applying Nitocote EU5 High strength self smoothing epoxy underlay apply at 2mm thickness. Nitoflor EU5. It will provide a surface ready to receive applications of other Fosroc flooring systems. Application of High chemical resistant protective lining Providing and applying final coat of Nitocote EN 901 an Epoxy Novolac lining with FOSROC anti slip Grain No-2 in Sandwich way.. The Built-up thickness shall be 500 Microns in two Coats. Total- system thickness including - 2.6 mm
