Pakona Engineers taps precast industry through its MACH series

Mr. Ashok Kothari Chairman & Managing Director, Pakona Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd., tells Built Expressions that Pakona's MACH series of precast product manufacturing equipments require lower investment cost that gives higher output. 

Pakona Engineers is a leading manufacturer of packaging and material handling machines since 1983. It is manufacturing more than 250 machines a year and exporting to more than 70 countries. Ltd.  Pakona Engineers Manufactures fully automatic vertical cast concrete pipe machines in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Currently, Pakona Engineers is offering two machines manufactured in India. As per IS 458, our MACH 1 can manufacture from 300 mm - 1,200 mm RCC pipes fro spigot socket, flush joints, and butt joints. Some of the advantages of the Mach1 Machines are:

• Completely Automatic Machine with low cycle time of between 5 minutes to 10 minutes.
• For diameter from 300mm to 600mm, a production of about 60 pipes /8 hour shift.
• For diameter from 700mm to 1200mm, a production of about 50 pipes /8 hour shift.
• No requirement of overhead crane ensures significantly lower investment cost.
• No requirement of heavy duty structure building ensures significantly lower investment cost.
• Only two persons required to operate the vertical machine and in total about 6 people are required for the Plant.
• Uniform quality of the product from every batch
• Low cement consumption resulting in lower costs of finished products.
• Uniform height achievement for all pipes due to dual controls of timing and sensors to assist during filling cycle.
• All components used in the machine are top quality international brands like Siemens, Parker, etc. are used in the machine

Pakona offers fully automatic concrete pipe machine MACH 2P that can manufacture concrete pipes from 100 mm - 600 mm diameter with a production capacity of 150 - 200 pipes a day. It is a two -station concrete pipe machine from 100 mm - 150 mm with 1.5 meter length, 200 mm -250 mm with 2 meter length & single station from 300 mm - 600 mm with 2.5 meter length which makes smaller pipes efficiently. We also offer imported concrete pipe machines (model GIDIVI) for pipes ranging from 800 mm - 2,500 mm / 3,500 mm.

Hence, we are using EXCON 2013 as a platform to reach out our target customers," adds Mr. Kothari. Soon Pakona Engineers will introduce PRO 2 & PRO 3 in market that are duly produced by Mario Croci this machines are capable of giving higher output.
