Despite coming from commerce and law background, Mr. Deepak Goradia zeroed in on to pursue artistic architecture, landscapes and constructions especially in the real estate stream. "It was a conscious decision to enter the Real Estate sector and it was a natural progression for me to enter the family business. As it was in my very young age entering the field, later it began interesting and it became my passion and I just followed it," he recalls.
Dosti Realty was incepted in 1980 and ever since, it has been synonymous with trust, togetherness and reliability. "In the span of over three and half decades, we have built an impressive portfolio of over 5,500 homes that house over 27,500 residents in 95 impressive Dosti complexes.

The head quarter is situated in Mumbai but it operates across residential townships, commercial and retail segments," he adds.
Being a Mumbaikar, Mr. Deepak is always excited to make his passion evolve in his city and he says, "The ability to create homes for millions of people and to make their 'Dream Reality' was the main reason to stay hold in this field." The flagship of Dosti Acres in Wadala was a turning point project, as it was a revolutionary project that changed people's perception towards Wadala East. " Later, we also spread our wings to Thane, Andheri, Kandivali and South Mumbai with exclusive township planning and ultra modern constructions and amenities. Now we are broadening our horizon with new developments across Navi, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad," he recalls.

Here, the brand plays a very important role and becomes the deciding factor in final conversions, he suggests.

Mr. Deepak adds, "The technology helps us to adopt process which less labour intensive; new improved and innovative construction techniques like 'Slip form construction', 'Pre-fabrication' and 'Dry wall technique' are adopted by us in most of our new projects, resulting in enhance to customer experience and less labour intense'. International architects work on our projects, bringing in notice about the latest technologies that helps us achieve international quality constructions, lower cost and faster delivery of projects."
